<p>Nisnas Najd Air Conditioning Establishment is looking for a Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our team, capable of securing commercial, government, and residential HVAC projects, possessing high persuasion and negotiation skills, and following up on projects from the first client contact until execution and delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Searching for new projects and reaching out to owners, main contractors, and consultants</li><li>Monitoring tenders and project platforms, and registering the establishment with entities and companies</li><li>Reading and studying drawings and technical specifications, and calculating cooling loads</li><li>Selecting appropriate systems (Split, Central, Concealed, Ducted, VRF, Package, Chiller)</li><li>Taking off quantities and preparing technical and financial proposals</li><li>Negotiating with clients until awarding and contracting</li><li>Following up on the project after awarding with the client and the execution team until delivery</li><li>Following up on payment certificates and collections</li><li>Building a strong network of relationships in the market and achieving project targets</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or project procurement</li><li>Ability to read mechanical drawings and use design software (AutoCAD, HAP, or equivalent)</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems and Saudi Building Code requirements</li><li>Network of relationships with contractors and consultants in the Saudi market</li><li>Saudi Council of Engineers membership</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>High communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Fixed salary + commission on projects</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To apply and contact:</strong></p><p> 0539910203</p><p> info@nisnasnjd.com</p><p>Or apply directly via LinkedIn</p>
