E-commerce Operations Specialist 

 Joolers announces a job vacancy for the title of E-commerce Operations Specialist to work in Riyadh city.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow up on the order cycle from receipt until delivery completion and order closure.

* Coordinate with merchants regarding confirming, preparing, and handing over orders.

* Monitor shipping and delivery processes with logistics companies and relevant parties.

* Follow up on delays, delivery failures, and resolve operational issues.

* Manage and monitor cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds from the operational side.

* Monitor product availability and inventory, and address out-of-stock or data discrepancy cases.

* Coordinate between customer service, merchants, shipping companies, and relevant parties.

* Monitor compliance with service levels and approved operational procedures.

* Prepare and monitor reports and indicators related to orders and operational performance.

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or order management.

* Experience in orders, shipping, delivery, and returns.

* High organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to handle multiple cases and parties simultaneously.

* Proficiency in using electronic systems, platforms, and Microsoft Office.

* Proficiency in the English language.

* Previous experience in a Marketplace or retail sector is preferred.
