Responsibilities: Lead and develop backend architecture using Python and Django. Design and build AI solutions and integrate advanced AI models and APIs into existing systems. Develop and design RESTful APIs and scalable software architectures. Improve database performance, tackle technical challenges, and ensure system stability and speed. Guide team developers and perform code reviews to implement best practices.
Requirements & experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on web development experience with Python and Django. Deep background and hands-on applications in AI, integrating tools and models with systems. Proficiency in databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and caching tools (e.g., Redis). Strong experience in software architecture thinking and building microservices. Proficiency with version control tools (Git) and deployment/run environments (CI/CD & Cloud Services).
