المهام والمسؤوليات:قيادة وتطوير معمارية البرمجيات الخلفية (Backend Architecture) باستخدام Python و Django.تصميم وبناء حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي ودمج النماذج المتقدمة (AI Models & APIs) داخل النظم القائمة.بناء وتصميم واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (RESTful APIs) وهندسة البرمجيات القابلة للتوسع (Scalable Systems).تحسين أداء قواعد البيانات، معالجة التحديات التقنية المعقدة، وضمان استقرار وسرعة الأنظمة.توجيه المبرمجين في الفريق ومراجعة الجودة البرمجية (Code Review) لتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
المتطلبات والخبرات:خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 إلى 7 سنوات في تطوير الويب باستخدام Python و Django.خلفية عميقة وتطبيقات عملية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وربط أدواته ونماذجه بالأنظمة.إتقان التعامل مع قواعد البيانات (مثل PostgreSQL) وأدوات التخزين المؤقت (مثل Redis).خبرة قوية في التفكير المعماري للأنظمة (Software Architecture) وبناء الـ Microservices.إتقان التعامل مع أدوات التحكم بالنسخ (Git) وبيئات النشر والتشغيل (CI/CD & Cloud Services).

Responsibilities: Lead and develop backend architecture using Python and Django. Design and build AI solutions and integrate advanced AI models and APIs into existing systems. Develop and design RESTful APIs and scalable software architectures. Improve database performance, tackle technical challenges, and ensure system stability and speed. Guide team developers and perform code reviews to implement best practices.
Requirements & experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on web development experience with Python and Django. Deep background and hands-on applications in AI, integrating tools and models with systems. Proficiency in databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and caching tools (e.g., Redis). Strong experience in software architecture thinking and building microservices. Proficiency with version control tools (Git) and deployment/run environments (CI/CD & Cloud Services).
