Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Specialist
Location: Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Work environment: Factory
Experience level: Fresh graduate or up to two years of experience
Responsibilities:
* Support and organize daily administrative tasks within the factory.
* Prepare and implement human resources policies and internal procedures.
* Prepare and maintain employee files and administrative documents in an organized manner.
* Monitor attendance, departure, and leaves in coordination with the relevant departments.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and service termination procedures according to internal processes.
* Monitor the factory's administrative needs and coordinate with internal and external entities.
* Prepare administrative reports and human resources reports when needed.
* Contribute to organizing the work environment and ensure compliance with approved policies.
Requirements:
* Fresh graduate or up to two years of experience in human resources or administrative affairs.
* Suitable qualification in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of labor regulations and administrative procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
* Good organization and follow-up skills.
* Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
