Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in design principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling within the construction or architecture industry, showcasing proven expertise.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD, demonstrating technical aptitude in advanced modeling techniques.
- Relevant certifications like Autodesk Certified Professional or similar, validating skills and knowledge in industry-standard tools.
