Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code.
• Support the creation of digital marketing assets that enhance campaign performance and user engagement.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and functionality.
• Assist with front-end enhancements that support SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website performance goals.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow modern web standards and usability best practices.

CMS Management

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of websites built on platforms such as WordPress.
• Implement content updates, page templates, and layout adjustments as needed.

Quality Assurance

• Identify and resolve front-end bugs and interface issues.
• Test websites and features across browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance.

Professional Growth

• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentorship opportunities.
• Continuously develop technical skills and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience

• 0 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, academic work, or personal projects.
• Experience contributing to live websites or web applications is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.

Tools & Technologies

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of website performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Positive attitude toward feedback and continuous learning.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
