Role Overview

A restaurant cashier responsible for delivering fast and accurate service to customers in a modern restaurant environment. 

Works under direct supervision in the Reception and Payment department, contributing to customer satisfaction by processing cash and card transactions securely and smoothly, while maintaining the institution's operational and health standards.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Receive orders and complete payment transactions accurately and quickly according to approved procedures.
• Handle cash and card verification procedures and issue receipts and invoices.
• Assist customers by answering their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate goods or services.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the cash kiosk and work area according to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure work schedules and high-quality service.
• Report any technical issues or safety hazards to the relevant management.
• Comply with privacy policies and adhere to Saudi regulatory standards in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent Arabic language proficiency in speaking and reading; basic English skills are preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and adhere to designated working hours.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing and documenting financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset with polite customer guidance.
