Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage and coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure adherence to regulations and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly preferred to validate expertise.
- Proven experience with financial software and ERP systems, enhancing efficiency in financial reporting.
