The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical engineering activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong technical expertise, site management capability, and coordination skills to ensure that all mechanical works are executed in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, quality requirements, and project schedules. The successful candidate will play a key role in design review, construction management, subcontractor supervision, testing & commissioning activities, and coordination with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and construction. Proven experience in large-scale projects such as stadiums, arenas, airports, terminal buildings, high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, or major infrastructure projects. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is preferred. Experience on Diriyah projects will be considered a significant advantage. Strong knowledge of international codes and standards, including ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SBC, BS, and relevant international practices. Experience in design review, shop drawing coordination, material approvals, construction supervision, testing & commissioning, and project handover. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and BIM-related software . Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
