Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly payroll processing accurately and on time Handle final settlements for employees Calculate overtime payments Process end-of-service benefits (EOSB) in compliance with Saudi Labor Law Manage and process employee business trips and allowances Coordinate payroll execution with the Finance department Review attendance data and ensure payroll accuracy Ensure compliance with:Saudi Labor Law GOSI regulations Prepare payroll-related reports as required Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems
Requirements:Saudi Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience Strong hands-on experience in:Final settlements Overtime calculations End-of-service benefits Business trips processing Very strong English communication skills (mandatory) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with payroll systems and HR platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
