Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Government Relations Officer to manage all interactions with government entities and ensure smooth processing of official documentation. The role is essential in maintaining compliance with local regulations and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with government authorities (e.g., ministries, municipalities, and regulatory bodies) Handle all government-related transactions such as visas, work permits, iqamas, and licenses Ensure timely renewal of company documents, permits, and registrations Monitor changes in government regulations and ensure company compliance Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents for submissions Represent the company at government offices when needed Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and documentation Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to government procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)3+ years of experience in Government Relations or PRO role in Saudi Arabia Strong knowledge of Saudi government portals (e.g., Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, etc.) Familiarity with Saudi labor and immigration regulations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Fluency in Arabic and English
