Job Summary
Merchandisers are responsible for the execution of Mayar brands in the stores, managing shelf display and pricing, utilizing the POSM properly and ensure stock availability by displaying the goods on the primary and secondary displays.
Job Responsibilities
Merchandising Operations
· Ensure following the daily tasks on SHELVZ application
· Implementation of promotions and campaigns activities in the store
· Ensure shelf space allocation at every outlet for Mayar’s product is as per the agreement
· Ensure that the promotions and pricing are as per agreements
· Manage shelf storage and display
· Coordinate with Supervisor and Sales team to ensure stock availability
· Capture the shelf display, branding, and storage pictures to report the merchandising activity progress daily
· Provide inputs on competitors’ campaigns, promotions, pricing and packaging to supervisor
Logistics and Storage
· Maintain the storage, cleanliness and handling of products in the backdoor of stores
· Receive stock and arrange storage
