Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role focuses on identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and preparing detailed sales plans. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with client needs and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationality
  • Has at least 2 years in Defense Sector sales
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
  • Market Analysis and Research capabilities to identify opportunities and trends
  • Project Management and Organizational skills to execute sales strategies effectively
  • Experience in the defense, technology, or related industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
