We are currently searching for a Specialist - Employee Relations to join our dedicated HR team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a harmonious work environment and addressing employee concerns while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective support.
Assist in investigating employee complaints and grievances, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-ups.
Support the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures to foster a positive workplace culture.
Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance on probationary period evaluations and support managers in performance assessments.
Lead offboarding processes, including exit interviews, to collect feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records related to employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with HR team members to support overall HR initiatives and contribute to a supportive workplace.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective employee relations practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.
Strong understanding of employee relations practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to employee engagement.
Team player with a passion for creating a positive work environment.
