On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Project Supervisor – Construction is responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities on site to ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. The Project Supervisor acts as the main link between site operations, the technical office, and project management. He ensures smooth daily operations, resolves technical and operational issues, and reports progress to the Project Manager. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and site management skills. Responsibilities: Plan and supervise all construction activities on site, including manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work before execution Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using approved planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) Supervise subcontractors and site teams, distribute tasks, and monitor daily performance and progress Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards Review quantity take-offs and verify accuracy against actual site conditions Coordinate continuously with consultants, technical office, and site teams to ensure smooth execution Monitor project costs, control budgets, and prepare periodic financial reports Manage procurement activities and follow up on material and equipment deliveries Coordinate inspections, approvals, material submittals, and testing with consultants Ensure implementation of health, safety, and occupational safety regulations at all project sites Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues promptly Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager Supervise project handover, final inspections, and technical and financial closure Train, guide, and support site staff and supervisors Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in construction contracting companies Proven experience in building and finishing projects Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera Good knowledge of AutoCAD Experience using ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) Valid driving license
