JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from highly experienced and strategic Programme Director for Oil and Gas to lead our initiatives in this critical sector.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex oil and gas programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder expectations.
Your leadership will drive optimum performance across all projects, enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the overall programme strategy for oil and gas projects, ensuring robust planning and resource allocation.
Manage multiple project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate collaboration between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align goals and optimize programme outcomes.
Implement risk management strategies at the programme level, monitoring and addressing potential issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards applicable to oil and gas operations.
Prepare and present programme updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Engage with industry partners, government authorities, and stakeholders to foster relationships and enhance programme visibility.
Continuously evaluate programme performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree is preferred.
Professional membership is a must - PMI, RICS, ICE, etc.
At least 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in programme and project management.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
International PMC or EPC contractor experience.
Experience in EPC/LSTK contracts.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale oil and gas programmes.
Deep understanding of oil and gas operations, project lifecycle, and industry standards.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Flexible location, preferably Riyadh or Khobar with domestic travel required.
Immediately available or at least 30 days notice period.
