Company Description We are a leading company in the Food & Beverage sector, operating multiple brands and branches in Riyadh. Role Description Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the HR department Maintain and update employee records and personnel files Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and employee onboarding Prepare HR-related letters (salary certificates, leave letters, warnings, etc.) Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee absences Assist in preparing periodic HR reports Coordinate with branches and departments regarding employee-related matters Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations
Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices. Saudi nationality is required Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its regulations Strong knowledge of Benefits Administration and the ability to handle associated tasks effectively. Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Ability to work under pressure with a high level of professionalism Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting in Riyadh. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage.
