Job Details

Patient Reception & Front Desk Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in. Schedule and confirm patient appointments (via phone or online platforms). Respond to patient inquiries and guide them as needed. Doctor’s Schedule Management Organize and manage the doctor’s daily appointments and calendar. Ensure no scheduling conflicts or overlaps. Coordinate breaks or meetings as required. Administrative Coordination Prepare and update patient files and medical records. Accurately enter patient data into the clinic system. Billing & Payments Support Issue invoices. Customer Service & Issue Resolution Handle patient complaints or inquiries professionally. Provide quick solutions or escalate issues to the doctor or manager as needed. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Medical Secretary, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in computer use and clinic management software. Professional appearance, polite manner, and ability to work under pressure.
