JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for the role of People Services Lead.
In this critical position, you will be responsible for overseeing our People Services team and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services that support our workforce and organizational goals.
Your leadership will be vital in enhancing employee experiences, optimizing HR processes, and fostering a workplace culture of collaboration and engagement.
As the People Services Lead, you will act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and streamlining HR operations.
You will collaborate with various teams to implement HR programs that enhance talent management, employee onboarding, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Lead the People Services team to ensure high-quality HR service delivery across the organization.
Develop and refine HR processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency in employee services.
Serve as a primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to enhance services and programs, making data-driven recommendations as needed.
Collaborate with other HR functions to align people services with overall HR strategy and business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on employee services, operations, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance issues.
Previous experience leading a team and managing HR service delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in HRIS systems, data reporting, and analytics.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus.
