We are searching for the best talent Senior Product Manager - Rare Diseases in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.



Summary of the job:



  • Accountable for end-to-end (Sales & Marketing) of the Rare Diseases portfolio in KSA, ensuring integrated strategy, execution, and performance across the full customer journey.
  • Accountable for the achievement of the Portfolio s business results in KSA by developing and implementing the portfolio strategy.
  • The Senior Product Manager will work in close collaboration with EMEA, and the Emerging Markets Commercial Leads, ensuring optimal alignment between EMEA and KSA TA strategies.
  • The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for achieving key business metrics (Market share, Patient share, Business Plan target etc.) with the core value team collaboration.
  • The Senior Product Manager will oversee developing and executing the successful launch strategy of new brand/ indications and potential other pipeline products.

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Own the Rare Diseases portfolio end-to-end in KSA, leading integrated Sales & Marketing planning and execution to achieve business objectives and patient impact.
  • Track developments in the world of healthcare and familiar with sources used to track external activity, competitors, 3rd party data, trends including social listening.
  • Understanding the importance of customer empathy, utilizing informal and formal sources to get closer to customers.
  • Describing what a customer journey is, the stakeholders involved and why it is important to our business.
  • Analyzing data from a range of sources, for example macro/regulatory/cultural/medical/technological trends.
  • Developing value propositions, on why they provide competitive advantage and how they are developed through the understanding of the customer's desired experience.
  • Supporting the team and provide information to help validate and assess the commercial impact of value propositions.
  • Understanding cost-effectiveness and the key drivers of value for stakeholders and help build compelling arguments to support Janssen value propositions.
  • Drafting brand s benefits and positioning, and how it dictates the marketing strategy, decisions, plans and supporting materials.
  • Understanding scenario analysis and know how to interpret key data and identify possible actions for the future.
  • Supporting portfolio management through analysis and cross functional working
  • Supporting the cross-functional team, as briefed, in the launch planning process to bring launches to life effectively and efficiently.
  • Networking with peers to understand best practices and lessons learned within the organization.
  • Participating, where possible, in the building of business cases and know where to access the required inputs.
  • knowing the tools we use to track and report our brand s equity as well as our business and apply the results of my analysis to shape priorities.
  • Identify and socialize key performance indicators to measure the success of a given initiative.
  • Developing, executing and evaluating the marketing plans and support it, leading certain initiatives, making informed choices at key milestones.
  • Developing messaging that is relevant and engaging for audience when delivering internal presentations.
  • Understanding the importance of making choices in identifying the key messages for external audiences
  • Participating in agency briefings and feedback sessions
  • Building collaborative external partnerships that will deliver brand strategies and increase Janssen competitive advantage.
  • Collaborating with the people who work with and be able to bring individual goals together to develop a shared vision of success

Main interactions:



Cross functional interactions with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Management Board, external stakeholder.



Qualifications / Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy.
  • Proven Product/Brand Management experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years, within sales & marketing.
  • Fluency in English language is required.
  • Strong in building bridges and alliances across functional and regional boundaries in-order-to deliver value.
