Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 20 years of international experience in the field
- PMP certification (PMI – US) required
- Relevant affiliations, if any
- Saudi Council Membership – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement interface management strategies and plans that foster collaboration between stakeholders
- Coordinate communication and information flow between project teams, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues
- Identify and manage interdependencies and conflicts across multiple projects, ensuring timely resolution to avoid delays
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to address interface-related issues and promote proactive problem-solving among teams
- Monitor interface performance and report on key metrics to assess compliance with project requirements
- Support Project Managers in integrating interface management into overall project execution strategies
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration
- Coordinate all aspects of interface management, including identifying and resolving potential conflicts and managing dependencies
- Possess strong technical writing skills in English for project documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data effectively
- Must be working in KSA with transferable Iqama
Requirements:

- Language: Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage
