General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Support project engineers and site teams in day-to-day engineering activities


• Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications,


• drawings, and standards


• Support project managers in planning, coordination, and reporting activities


• Assist in site supervision, inspections, and progress monitoring


• Review drawings, specifications, and basic technical documents


• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders


• Support preparation of reports, schedules, and documentation


• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project procedures


• Learn and apply company standards, systems, and processes


• Maintain proper project records and documentation.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Saudi National
• Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Graduation year: 2024 onwards
• Willingness to work on-site and project locations (Jeddah / Dammam)
• Basic understanding of engineering principles
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage, not mandatory)
• Strong learning mindset and proactive attitude
• Willingness to take guidance and grow within project teams
• Willingness to work on-site and learn within a PMC environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Team-oriented with basic problem-solving skills
