The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all HR functions to support the company’s strategic objectives, ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Establish, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management systems, compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Lead training and development initiatives to build employee capabilities.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
- Manage employee relations, contracts, payroll coordination, leaves, and end-of-service processes.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and KPIs for senior management.
- Restructure and reorganize the HR department, including defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
- Lead and develop the HR team to achieve high performance.
Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are preferred (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Prior experience in the industrial sector or large organizations is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- (HR reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, HR KPIs).
- Proven experience in HR department restructuring and organizational design.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems / ERP platforms.
- Excellent command of Arabic.
