Job Summary The Artificial Intelligence Lead Consultant is responsible for spearheading the organization’s AI initiatives by driving innovation, operational efficiency, and business impact through advanced AI solutions. The role involves designing the AI strategy, leading end-to-end project development, and ensuring AI adoption aligns with the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization’s AI strategy in alignment with business objectives.- Define AI governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and compliance standards.- Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle: scoping, design, development, testing, deployment.- Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, timelines, and resources.- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely AI project delivery.- Build, evaluate, and deploy ML, DL, NLP, and computer vision models.- Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.- Promote best practices in AI, MLOps and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies- Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java and AI frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in AI or data-focused roles.- Advanced AI/ML certifications preferred.
