Job Objective:Prepare, review, and follow up on commercial contracts and agreements of various types to ensure the protection of the company’s interests and minimize potential legal and commercial risks, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Draft and prepare commercial contracts and agreements (such as service contracts, partnership agreements, memoranda of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, etc.). Review contracts submitted by other parties and analyze them from legal and commercial perspectives. Coordinate with relevant technical, financial, and legal departments to ensure all requirements are met prior to signing. Ensure clarity and completeness of contractual clauses, clearly defining obligations, rights, and risks. Complete the signing process by all parties to the contract. Contribute to resolving contractual disputes or non-compliance cases in coordination with the legal department. Update and maintain the contracts and agreements database, documenting all contract stages. Prepare periodic reports on contract status and submit them to senior management. Archive contracts both physically and electronically, and monitor contract expiry dates for timely renewal or renegotiation. Support internal and external audit processes related to contracts.
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or Commercial Relations. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in commercial contracts. Good knowledge of local and international commercial laws and regulations. High proficiency in legal and contractual drafting. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat). Proficiency in English, especially legal terminology.
