Job Description:We are looking for a Shipping Agent Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with JC and WCA platforms and strong negotiation skills to efficiently manage shipping operations.
Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage shipping operations through JC and WCA platforms. Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure smooth logistics processes. Negotiate rates and contracts with shipping providers to secure the best terms and costs. Monitor shipments and resolve any issues related to customs clearance, documentation, and delivery. Maintain accurate records and reports on shipment status and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize shipping schedules and reduce costs.
Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shipping Agent Specialist or similar role. Practical experience and proficiency in JC and WCA shipping platforms. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
