Senior Marketing Specialist

The Senior Marketing Specialist leads digital campaigns, corporate communications, and public relations activities. The role ensures delivery of press releases, public announcements, brand-building campaigns, loyalty activations, and mobile app/website marketing—bridging internal teams, agencies, and management for high-impact execution. Projects and tasks may be limited to or include additional items as per company direction. Key Responsibilities • Lead execution of integrated digital campaigns (social, SMS, email, push). • Manage website and mobile app content, ensuring campaign alignment. • Liaise with PR/media agencies for public communication and press releases. • Own timelines for media announcements and external communications. • Supervise creative production (infographics, visuals, video, templates). • Drive B2B engagement and loyalty activations (Qitaf, WalaPlus, SDC). • Develop integrated strategies for corporate and individual segments. • Manage analytics dashboards (GA4, app analytics, campaign KPIs). • Run monthly performance reviews and recommend optimizations. • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels. • Prepare and review press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements. • Coordinate corporate event participation (booths, expos, sponsorships). • Lead updates to company profile, proposals, and technical presentations. • Manage influencer marketing and external media partnerships. • Ensure executive visibility (quotes, interviews, press opportunities). • Collaborate with CX/IT to integrate campaigns with CRM and loyalty tools. • Oversee junior specialist (Sara) to ensure timely execution and QA. • Lead SEO/SEM and continuously optimize website presence. • Implement A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and channels. • Monitor media sentiment; maintain tracking and coverage logs. • Develop crisis communication protocols with the PR agency. • Drive Vision 2030-aligned educational/awareness content. • Secure approvals and coordinate cross-functionally for on-time delivery. • Prepare monthly strategic reports for management (insights & actions). • Reduce operational risk by ensuring public communication and PR deliverables remain on track.

• BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 4–6 years’ experience in marketing/communications. • Strong bilingual (Arabic & English) copywriting and communication. • Proven digital marketing and public relations/media coordination experience. • Proficient in GA4, CMS, Canva/Adobe; solid project/stakeholder management.
