Aspire is working with a leading events company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD). This role involves developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing MSD-related processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Oversee MSD-related tasks, including sponsorship transfers, visa processing, and compliance with Saudi labour laws.
- Lead recruitment efforts, establish talent pipelines, and implement performance management systems.
- Foster positive employee relationships, address grievances, and develop initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies while mitigating potential risks.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data administration.
- Develop and oversee HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions align with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, including a minimum of 2 years in an MSD-related role.
- Comprehensive understanding of MSD regulations, sponsorship transfers, and visa processing.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges effectively.
