Administration Officer - Tamheer Program

TAMHEER Purpose:

  • Tamheer Program is a six-month on-the-job training program for fresh graduates. Saudi graduates will be enrolled in a training program and will be gaining the required skills in a professional environment.


Administration Officer:

  • Assists for providing administrative support to an organization. Their duties include support in organizing company records, maintaining inventory of office supplies.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
  • Assists in Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Supports in check the company assets and prepare reports and presentations with statistical data.
  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards
  • Assists in manage Safety & Security.
  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Saudi Nationals only.
  • Fresh graduates.
  • English language.
  • Immediate joining.

NOT registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
