TAMHEER Purpose:
- Tamheer Program is a six-month on-the-job training program for fresh graduates. Saudi graduates will be enrolled in a training program and will be gaining the required skills in a professional environment.
Administration Officer:
- Assists for providing administrative support to an organization. Their duties include support in organizing company records, maintaining inventory of office supplies.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Assists in Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Supports in check the company assets and prepare reports and presentations with statistical data.
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards
- Assists in manage Safety & Security.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Saudi Nationals only.
- Fresh graduates.
- English language.
- Immediate joining.
