Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Leverage local and regional talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships with local recruitment agencies.
2. High-Volume Hiring:
- Drive large-scale recruitment initiatives, including campaigns for warehouse staff, drivers, and operational roles.
- Implement creative and effective solutions to meet urgent and large-scale hiring needs.
3. Market Expertise:
- Stay updated on KSA’s labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, aligning all hiring practices with regional requirements.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice in the KSA logistics market.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process to build long-term relationships with potential talent.
5. Metrics & Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and market trends for leadership review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industries in the KSA market.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and cultural dynamics.
- Expertise in high-volume hiring, direct sourcing, and recruitment tools/ATS.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
