Position Description
The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in the HR Operations team, engaging in a range of HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, particularly with regard to Localization. Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives within the HR Operations forum to exchange best practices and knowledge.
- Manage relationships with local third-party vendors, including banks, immigration offices (where applicable), and medical & insurance providers.
- Actively participate in global and regional HR projects.
- Support and maintain HR activities and programs, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and safety.
- Administer employee compensation, training, and benefit programs, ensuring clear communication.
- Managing corporate HR compliance including but not limited to Nitaqat, workforce management, localization and capacity management.
- Coordinate and execute projects such as new hire orientation, HR events, and company-wide meetings.
- Prepare and update employment records related to various HR activities.
- Address employment relations issues, including complaints and harassment allegations.
- Enforce and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with company culture and legal requirements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in all HR tasks, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR practices, with an emphasis on Localization requirements.
- Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues discretely.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
