Strategic Consultant
As a Strategic Consultant at Land Sterling, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the development of valuation analysis, feasibility studies, and comprehensive reports for clients. Your responsibilities will include nurturing client relationships, delivering persuasive presentations to secure new business engagements, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and company procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the development of valuation analysis, feasibility studies, financial models, and client reports.
- Inspect properties to determine their value on behalf of clients.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industries, market trends, and economic factors to support valuations, feasibility studies, and financial modelling.
- Build robust financial models to assess project viability and provide data-driven insights for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to secure new business engagements.
- Ensure compliance with RICS Red Book, Valuation Guidelines, and feasibility and financial modelling standards.
- Apply the RICS Code of Conduct and International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS).
- Follow Land Sterling’s valuation, feasibility, and financial analysis procedures.
- Collate and analyse data using company-approved methodologies.
- Compile detailed feasibility studies, valuation reports, and financial assessments for clients.
- Manage client and end-user communication effectively and professionally.
- Liaise with the Team Administrator to receive instructions and provide regular progress updates.
- Organise workload efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Actively pursue business development opportunities, introducing new clients to the firm each month.
- Cross-sell other Land Sterling services to clients.
- Pursue RICS membership or engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to maintain professional qualifications.
- Mentor peers and junior team members when required.
- Represent Land Sterling with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Qualification & Skills:
- RICS Membership or active pursuit of membership.
- Proven experience in valuation analysis, feasibility studies, and report development.
- Strong knowledge of RICS standards, codes, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
