Job Position: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Serves as the first point of contact for learners, clients, partners, and anyone interested in our course offerings and/or registration.
• Responds to learners’ needs to identify challenges and to develop cohesive plans and solutions.
• Advice and educate learners about our project(s) that can lead to successful registration and enrollment to the program.
• Strengthen and engage with local partners on how to promote the program within their community.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal team members on the program process and implementation.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit.
• Ensure all sections of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.
• Assign project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates.
• Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones.
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed— escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers.
• Perform administrative duties, project support, supporting the team to achieve task targets, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.
Qualification and Skills:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
• Time-management and presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
