We are supporting an established IT services and solutions provider, who are hiring for an experienced Office Manager passionate about creating efficient, well-organized, and inclusive workplaces.
You will be:
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure seamless functionality and a productive environment.
- Managing office budgets, expenses, and procurement while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling and document management.
- Facilitating onboarding for new hires and organizing office-wide events and activities.
You will need:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
