Office Manager

We are supporting an established IT services and solutions provider, who are hiring for an experienced Office Manager passionate about creating efficient, well-organized, and inclusive workplaces.



You will be:

  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure seamless functionality and a productive environment.
  • Managing office budgets, expenses, and procurement while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling and document management.
  • Facilitating onboarding for new hires and organizing office-wide events and activities.


You will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
