Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and industry trends.
- Partner with executive leadership to anticipate talent requirements and ensure a robust pipeline of candidates.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Design and optimize recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and time-to-fill metrics.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Build and enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment campaigns.
- Drive initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Develop and implement DEI-focused recruitment strategies to build a diverse workforce.
- Monitor hiring practices to ensure fairness and compliance with employment regulations.
Technology and Tools
- Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Stay updated on recruitment technology trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Vendor and Budget Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and consultants.
- Develop and monitor the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
