Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and industry trends.
  • Partner with executive leadership to anticipate talent requirements and ensure a robust pipeline of candidates.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Design and optimize recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Build and enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment campaigns.
  • Drive initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  • Develop and implement DEI-focused recruitment strategies to build a diverse workforce.
  • Monitor hiring practices to ensure fairness and compliance with employment regulations.

Technology and Tools

  • Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Stay updated on recruitment technology trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Vendor and Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and consultants.
  • Develop and monitor the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
