The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
• Guest Reception: Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression and a seamless transition to their dining experience.
• Reservations Management: Efficiently handling reservations, including phone inquiries and online bookings, while maintaining an organized reservation system to optimize seating arrangements.
• Communication: Coordinating with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or special requests.
• Customer Service Excellence: Addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a proactive attitude, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, as well as maintaining the reception area to reflect the restaurant's luxury ambiance.
• Event Coordination Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of private events, ensuring all details align with the restaurant’s high standards.
• Feedback Collection: Engaging with guests to gather feedback on their experience, using insights to help improve service quality
• Collaboration: Working closely with the management team to uphold the restaurant's brand and values, contributing to a positive team environment

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
