- Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and reviewing regulations.
- Prepare internal regulations for competitions and tournaments in line with international and continental laws.
- Review current regulations and provide suggestions for improvement.
2. Supervise compliance with regulations and laws:
- Ensure that all activities and competitions comply with international and continental laws (such as FIFA laws).
- Review and implement new amendments to regulations.
3. Communication with stakeholders:
- Coordinate with clubs, referees, and relevant committees to ensure understanding of regulations.
- Deal with inquiries and complaints related to regulations.
- Work with legal departments to interpret regulations when needed.
- Provide advice on legal disputes related to regulations.
4. Research and reports:
- Study international laws and new sports trends to adapt regulations to developments.
- Analyze previous cases and use them as a reference for developing regulations.
- Provide annual reports on regulations and their updates.
5. Development and training
- Prepare training programs for clubs, players, and referees on changes to regulations.
- Organize workshops to enhance awareness of regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Sports Law.
- Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years in sport field.
- Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Administrative and technical experience.
- Preparing reports.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Mastering Microsoft skills.
- Communication skills.
