Job Purpose:
Responsibility of implementing and monitoringthe food safety management system,supervisequality related activities in central bakery and/or Arabic Hubto ensure that all quality activities are in conformance with implemented systemsand expected standards, and continuously to improve the Quality of process and final products.
Key Accountability:
Quality Management System
- Managetheimplementation of food safety management system (ISO 22000/GMP) to prepare the facility for ISO22000 certification.
- Follow up on PRPs implementation (Water treatment system, calibration, waste management, Pest Control…).
- Conductmonthly bakery inspections and reports are generated on each area (pest control, operational methods, maintenance for food safety, sanitation, personnel practices, etc.)
- Reports food safety and quality issues, corrective actions, and preventive measures to the Plant management team.
- Manage the concerned service providers (Pest Control Company & Cleaning Solutions Company) to ensure itis executed as per the agreed SLA.
