Talent Acquisition Officer
Overview:
The Talent Acquisition role is responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting top talent for the organization. The role will work closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and external stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The role has a deep understanding of business specific technologies , relevant market trends and skill demand & supply know how. This role will demonstrate specialized recruitment strategies to attract, hire and retain scarce technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the manpower plan of the various companies and ensuring that the manpower needs are met in a timely manner
- Assisting with the creation of a manpower plan where needed
- Documenting changes to the manpower plans and updating reports
- Shortlisting CVs
- Posting jobs and addressing the applicants
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers to insure proper Recruitment procedure
- Conducting interviews and submitting candidate evaluations
- Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process
- Participate in career fares in local universities and to source the best Saudi fresh graduates to help grow the organization
- Monitoring and providing reports related to recruitment
- Coordinating with various agencies to ensure the on-boarding of external staff
- Follow all relevant Human Resources’ policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Recruitment/ HR function.
- Previous labor law knowledge is required.
- Onboarding
- bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration equivalent is required
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Overseas-related experience .
