Key Responsibilities:
l Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely acquisition of talent to support business needs.
l Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations, handle labor disputes, and provide employee counseling and coaching.
l Compensation and Benefits Management: Design and manage compensation structures and benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
l Performance Management: Establish performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback.
l Training and Development: Identify training needs, design, and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
l Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws, including employment, health and safety, and data protection.
l Organizational Culture Development: Promote the company culture, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
l Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team, enhancing team effectiveness and professional growth.
l Reporting and Analytics: Regularly prepare HR-related reports and analyses to provide decision support for management.
Basic Requirements:
l Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
l Experience: A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience
l Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic communication.
l Professional Qualifications: Holding a professional qualification such as CIPD, SHRM, or other internationally recognized HR certifications is preferred.
l Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
l Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing a team.
l Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with employees and management at all levels.
l Strategic Thinking: Ability to think and plan HR activities from a strategic perspective.
l Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and other office software.
