HR Business Partner Senior Specialist

The role holder is responsible for providing the business leaders the necessary information and strategic service enhancements to drive business success, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment to support achieving the company's strategic objectives.



Responsibilities

  • Leverage HR expertise to provide strategic business insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and talent needs, then translate these needs into actionable HR strategies and programs.
  • Consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Facilitate training needs for business units in cooperation with the talent management function.
  • Collaborate with business management to implement organizational change initiatives and communicate effectively with employees throughout the process.
  • Oversee performance management programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide performance management guidance for line management to manage their employee's growth (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of labor law requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement innovative HR solutions.
  • Support HRBP being up to date regarding operational challenges to ensure business smooth operation.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree HR or relevant degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
