Specific Accountabilities:
Organizational Structure Design and Workforce Planning
- Assist in analyzing requests related to organizational structure design and provide recommendations that align with the organization’s strategic and operational needs.
- Support the updating of functional accountabilities to reflect organizational changes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
- Contribute to workforce planning by analyzing current talent needs.
- Prepare workforce data reports to support decision-making by the organization Leadership.
Job Analysis and Job Descriptions Development
- Support the job analysis utilizing a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, and observation to gather accurate and relevant information.
- Assist in the development and updating of clear, accurate, and consistently formatted job descriptions to support HC processes.
Performance Management
- Assist in the design of performance management system and excellent awards, ensuring recognition based on measurable achievements.
HC Policies and Procedures Development
- Assist in the developing and implementing HC policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Support the creation of employee handbook.
Competency and Career Path Framework
- Assist in Implementing competency frameworks that align with organizational values.
- Assist in developing career paths that align employee aspirations with organizational needs.
Succession Planning
- Support succession planning by collaborating with leadership to identify critical roles and potential successors.
KPIs and Reporting
- Monitor HC OKRs and KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct employee’s engagement\satisfaction surveys, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for organizational enhancement.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
