Job Description:


The HR Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting the HR team across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and performance evaluation. This position serves as a strategic partner to management while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best HR practices.

Duties and responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

Employee Relations:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to enhance employee retention.


Performance Management:


  • Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance review process.
  • Work closely with managers to monitor employee performance and development.
  • Provide support in developing performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.

HR Policies & Compliance:


  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of HR policies to meet organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.

Training & Development:


  • Support the implementation of training and development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure employees have access to learning resources.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Provide input on compensation reviews and market benchmarking for roles within the company.
  • Assist employees with queries related to benefits, leave, and other HR programs.

HR Projects & Reporting:


  • Take the lead on HR projects such as talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or HRIS implementations.
  • Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment, and satisfaction surveys.

Team Leadership (Lead Associate Role):


  • Mentor and guide junior HR associates, providing support and direction as needed.
  • Take ownership of larger or more complex HR cases or projects.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
