- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business functions.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize performance and productivity.
- Market Expansion:
- Lead the company’s expansion efforts in the KSA market, leveraging local market knowledge and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and enhance the company’s competitive positioning.
- Change Management:
- Drive organizational change and transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor senior leadership, building a high-performance team that supports the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the advertising or exhibition industry.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a strong track record of driving growth and managing large-scale operations..
- Charisma and Influence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
