Job Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse by designing and developing product movement and storage systems, improving operations, and supporting the front line staff. Building a safety and food safety culture
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Manage and use WH resources to ensure proper & standard storage conditions are met.
Maintain accurate stocks across all Warehouses on daily basis and insure monthly physical cycle count with no discrepancies.
Supervises the warehouse management, keeping the FIFO.
Develop and measure all key performance reports.
Ensure execution of daily shipment plan, and a full receiving.
Comply with the company’s hygiene and food safety rules and regulations.
Ensures smooth delivery of product for the Sales organization.
Manage warehouse cost to deliver AOP targets.
Participate in warehousing design, establish and implement warehouse management procedures, quality control processes and various indicator systems, be responsible for the KPI of warehouse operations
- the stock of raw materials ensuring continuity of production according to customers’ orders and considering materials lead time.
