noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15-minutes. Currently live across the UAE, KSA and Egypt, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.

What you'll do:


Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing and growing strategic partnerships to meet two key objectives: increase brand awareness and acquire customers. This role includes actively negotiating and finalizing deals with partners that benefit noon Minutes. We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual with notable networking abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish large and value adding partnerships with all types of entities / stakeholders (e.g. residential communities, large complimentary businesses, commercial entities, government entities, etc)
  • Negotiate and close deals with partners that benefit the company.
  • Carry out regular search and robust monitoring methodology to ensure valuable opportunities are identified and maximized.
  • Develop & monitor metrics to measure ROI from partnerships (cost of acquisition, revenue, orders, etc)
  • Take innovative, progressive ideas from concept stage into actionable plans and through to implementation.
  • Research and understand the business challenges, and drive towards value added solutions.

  • Achieving the key target numbers.


What you'll need:


  • This role is for Saudi Nationals only
  • Minimum 3+ years in an identical role based out of Riyadh, KSA
  • Solid business mindset with an eye to filtering and identifying business valuable opportunities.
  • Comfortable being on the ground & out of the office sourcing, closing, executing partnership activations - this is not a desk job
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship management, cultural intelligence (CQ) and influencing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Proven capabilities of handling and managing tough partnerships / stakeholders.
  • Notable creative thinking, negotiation, research, analysis, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Results-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
  • Sales and Marketing know-how
  • Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fast self-learner and confident.
